  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are a must for hygiene and safety reasons. These can be borrowed or bought in the studio. Trampolining socks are not suitable. 

  • We offer both private 1:1 sessions and 2:1 sessions and provide personalised attention to ensure you get the most out of your workout. More details can be found here.
